ok guys i really need your help on thi..i'm taking zinc supplement for my acne and i've heard that some form of zinc is better than others..which kind is it?i'm currently taking(well the bottle says)ELEMENTAL ZINC [zinc amino acid chelate]is it any good?...thanks and no stupid answer please..
