In 3 years will Durant be second best player in the NBA?

I think at beginning of 2011 season D-Wade would probably be the 2nd best behind Lebron if he is teamed up with Stoudemire or Bosh. However I think by start of 2013 season Durant will be second best because D-Wade will probably be declining or more or less stay around the same level since he will be 31.
