Wasn't Barack Obama investigated by the FBI, CIA, and NSA . . .When he ran for a Senate's seat?

The Cia is not allowed by law to do anything in the united states. What has Obama suposedly done than the FBI did not find ? You dont even know what the NSA job is why dont you read their mission statement
