Do you think he's interested?

So there's this guy, and he's a huge player.. but he's settled down with me. When we hang out we act cute.. and he goes out of his way in school to say hi and touch me and tug my hair when i'm waiting in line. One time he suggested we hang out a saturday..but he ended up cancelling. From then on, I've had to make all the plans. He came over with a few people and I invited him.. and I invited him to a bball game I had tickets for. And to a party my friend was having. To me it just feels like he's not as interested as I am because he never invites me to things and such. I don't know.. guys are so confusing. What do you think about the situation?
