Where can I find some good music?

I really like tunes from the Balkans (if you've ever seen the movie 'Everything Is Illuminated', that kind of music) and songs in Germanic/Celtic languages like Gaelic and Norwegian. However, I've had a hard time finding bands that do that kind of thing well. So please, if you have any good bands/songs that are like Irish drinking songs or Gypsy-folk songs like 'Keren Chave', tell me.
