Refrigerator problem?

My refrigerator keep having ice build up at the fan ventilation, so air flow is little to none. So the freezer is cold but the refrigerator isn't. I had to manually defrost it like 2 months ago, and it works until now. What could cause this ice build up, and how can I really fix it in the long run? I have a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator.

Why can't australians get pogo gems i am a member ?

From what I've read on a POGO message board, Gems are only availalbe in the US. I think if POGO receives enough complaints they may change it.
