IN CASE OF RENT OUT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY JOINTLY HELD BY THREE PERSONS, WHETHER EXEMPTION LIMIT WILL BE ENJOYED?

IN CASE OF JOINT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY HELD BY THREE PERSONS GIVEN ON RENT FOR ANNUAL RENTAL CHARGES OF Rs. 12/- LAKH. EACH PERSON RECEIVES SEPARATE CHEQUE FOR RENTAL CHARGES OF Rs. 400000/-. IN THIS CASE, WHETHER EXEMPTION LIMIT OF Rs. 10 LAKH WILL BE ENJOYED BY ALL SEPARATELY? IF IT IS SO, IT MEANS THAT UPTO Rs. 30 LAKH FROM SINGLE PROPERTY NO ONE WILL BE LIABLE TO SERVICE TAX. IN CASE IT IS NO SO, THEN WHETHER EVERY ONE WOULD BE LIABLE TO REGISTER UNDER ST SEPARATELY?
