How do i report/solve this damned problem?????

bloody hell...thers a yahoo pool room called English, recently its been getting 'locked' by some idiot with a lot of time on his hands...what he does is fill the room with bots so that it gets full and so that no real person can then enter it...although i dont know the id of that sad person but still is there some way i can report it to yahoo so that yahoo opens it back??
