Can i get istance if my child support is 1900/mo and i only net 2300/mo?

im starving. i went from 235 lbs to 185 lbs in 3 months. i cant afford to go to work because i cant buy gas. im getting evicted. i live off of chicken broth and celery stalks. i have no lights or gas and its cold in michigan. i cant face my kids because i look like a vagrant. does the govt want me to die now or die later
