Help like this girl what should i do?

Ok so im in high school and theres this girl and im pretty sure she likes me too should i ask her on a date first or should i ask her if she wants to go out with me and then go on a date also could you give me some dating ideas (for dating ideas its cold and snowy where i live so cant really go for a walk in the park)
