Did I have a legit shot or was she just joking?

the other night I was talking on the phone with a friend of mine. During the conversation, I told her that I was planing to move in 6 months. When she asked me why I told her because I felt I had nothing left for me where we live. She quickly responded "you have me" and told me that maybe something could happen between us in those six months and that maybe then I wouldn't leave. I figured she was joking so I didn't really pay much attention to it. Now she's startin to see this guy she's liked for a while but who she didn't think liked her back. I'm startin to realize now though that I do like her as more than just a friend. What do I do now?
