Do blonde men prefer blonde women and blonde women prefer dark haired men?

I was blonde as a child (up until I was 11), and find blonde is the best hair color for my complexion.....but when I don't have it colored, my hair is dark brown.....I married my husband who is 1/2 Native American and 1/2 Italian and he has jet black hair of course.......but it's funny before I met my husband all the guys I dated were blondes...so I guess I switched over to the "dark" side, so to speak...LOL.......
