Do i need a new guitar and what kind?

Ive been playing guitar on my fender squire strat pack for about 3 years. Its worked for me but i feel like its time to take my playing to the next level. Plus my strat is starting to fall apart. It falls out of tune fast and its electronics keep breaking. I play all types of music from alot of clic rock, modern rock, heavy metal to even blues and acoustic stuff. Do i need a new guitar guitar? and what kind would you reccomend that isnt too pricey?
