Is she romantically interested in me?

Ok, this is a bit complicated. A girl I've known 2 years asked me to dinner. I have asked her out twice (last time was a year ago) and she said no both times. I asked if there was any particular reason and she said "let me just reinstate that this is not a date." I went for dinner with her but had a dreadful cold so if she WAS interested she couldn't have got too close. We then went back to her house - she invited me into her room, closed the door and sat next to me on her bed. Is this a good sign and do you think that she is interested in me?
