Well this keep me away from diabetes?

I'm 14 years old and i'm overweight with 15 kg , If i lost that weight , and start jugging for an hour daily , and ate 6 meals a day , 3 mains and 3 snack ''and by snacks i mean vege and fruits'' and the mains meals includes the 3 important category'' vegetables , protein , carbohydrate '' and start sleeping for 7 hours a day ,and start cutting the sugar out of my tea and coffee and juice , and ate chocolate only twice a week .. Will All That Keep Me Away From diabetes?
