What should i do about my spaghetti? i lost my poor meatball, when somebody sneezed?

i was having me a nice plate of spaghetti. all covered with cheese. i took a fork to a nice looking meatball. i put it towards my mouth. i then lost that meatball when some A**hole near me sneezed. what do you think i should do about that?
