Why does Kesha have sings thats not on her albums?

So, don't judge me, I'm a Kesha fan. I have both of her albums (Animal and Cannibal), and I noticed through her Facebook page that she had other songs. For example, Crazy Girl, Run Devil Run, Paris Hilton's closet, etc. etc. Why aren't they on her albums and what CD can I buy them on?
