Does anyone know how much it would cost to modify an r33 nissan skyline to be street leagl in the US?

ive heard that only some companies are allowed to modify them but ive also heard that for around 2.5-5k the DEQ will modify the car for you after you import this. does anyone know how much?i dont need to make it right LHD so i just need to know how much for the rest of it would be.
