Please help, my camera is seriously messed up. CASIO EXILIM!?

mkay, well my camera everytime I turn it on..it tells me to set everything up, time, date, time zone, EVERYTHING! and it resets everything. I have no clue what's going on. Please tell me how to fix this or where I got to get it fixed. It's christmas time, and I can't wait till christmas to take pictures of all the holiday stuff! HELPPPP!
