Should i talk with my mom?

the real thing is that,a few days bfore in the morn i asked my mom 2 tie my hair bt she didnt.so is tarted to scold her..and she told i wil nt do u any help and nt talk 2 u.what do u tink i should do..should i go and talk 2 her??
