What is your opinion of Tim Brown's interview regarding the NYC trials.?

Tim Brown has every right to feel the way he does, I think he has a valid point! I also can not help but ask my self and of our government, why haven't these admitted m murdering terrorists been tried convicted and sentenced to and received the ultimate punishment by a military tribunal!
