Weezy F. Baby fans answer this?

Please tell me what the f*ck lil wayne is talking about in his song "Phone Home"? I decided to listen to tha carter III again to see if my opinions about it would change, but they haven't. The CD is still trash, and the songs suck. Honestly, how could anyone think that CD is better than carter II (even though both are sucky). His flow was alot better on carter II, and his lyrics were at least okay (because of ghostwriter gillie da kid). So please weezy f. baby fans please tell me what the meaning behind phone home is, and why do you like the carter III?
