How can I convince my parents that the Sims 2 Nightlife is appropriate for me?

My suggestion is to respect your parents wishes. How about that? I know, I am just a dorky mom. But, we tell you these things becuase we do not want you getting in to things that are not good for you. So, my idea is to tell the truth, tell them that you ill only use it when they are with you, see what they say, and abide by their rules. Simple.
